By creating an account or embedding the Asiyst SDK on your website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Developer Responsibilities
Website developers installing the Asiyst SDK are responsible for maintaining valid domain permissions, securing public SDK keys, and obtaining necessary consent from their website visitors in accordance with local privacy laws.
3. AI Provider Usage & Liabilities
Asiyst routes queries to connected AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic). Developers remain responsible for compliance with third-party provider terms when connecting custom API credentials.
4. Service Availability & Termination
We strive for continuous service availability. Either party may terminate account access at any time upon notice or via account deletion controls.
