End User License Agreement (EULA)
Software license agreement covering client-side SDK bundles, 3D avatar assets, CLI binaries, and embeddable scripts.
1. Grant of Software License
Subject to your compliance with our Terms, Asiyst grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and execute the Asiyst CLI, SDK npm packages, and client-side web scripts solely for interacting with Asiyst cloud services.
2. 3D Avatar & Visual Asset Rights
Pre-built 3D avatar models, rigged animations, voice profiles, and visual styling provided within the Asiyst catalog remain the intellectual property of Asiyst. Custom uploaded 3D assets remain the property of the customer.
3. License Restrictions
You may not redistribute, repackage, sell, lease, or create derivative commercial clones of the Asiyst SDK binaries or 3D asset bundles outside your verified digital properties.
4. Software Updates & Versioning
Asiyst may periodically issue SDK and CLI version updates. Continued service compatibility may require upgrading to supported SDK minor versions.
