A payment may temporarily appear as pending while the payment provider or financial institution processes the transaction.
A pending transaction does not necessarily mean that Asiyst has received the funds.
Access to paid functionality may depend on confirmation of successful payment.
11. Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, Asiyst may provide confirmation through:
- The Asiyst dashboard.
- Email.
- Payment-provider confirmation.
- Other applicable communication channels.
The transaction record maintained by Asiyst or its payment provider may be used to determine payment status.

Credits may be used for eligible Services according to the applicable pricing and usage rules.
Credit consumption may depend on factors such as:
- AI model.
- Token usage.
- Requests.

- Another period specified during purchase.
The applicable subscription terms determine the renewal cycle.
20. Subscription Renewal
Unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, a subscription may automatically renew.
You are responsible for reviewing your subscription status and cancellation settings.
21. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the supported account or billing interface, where available.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide an automatic refund for a period already purchased.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Asiyst Refund Policy and applicable law.
22. Subscription Downgrades
If supported, you may change to a lower-priced plan.
The effective date and treatment of unused benefits may depend on the applicable billing system and plan terms.
23. Subscription Upgrades
If supported, you may upgrade your subscription.
Depending on the billing system, an upgrade may take effect immediately or at the beginning of the next billing period.
Any applicable price adjustment will be shown during the upgrade process where supported.

Certain Services may use usage-based pricing.
Usage may be calculated according to measurements such as:
- API requests.
- Tokens.
- Credits.
- Storage.
- Processing.
- Other applicable units.
The applicable pricing information determines the calculation method.
25. Usage Measurement

Where third-party AI providers are involved, usage information may depend partly on provider reporting.
Usage measurements may be subject to reconciliation or correction.
26. AI Provider Costs
Where Asiyst uses third-party AI providers, Asiyst may incur provider charges based on applicable usage.
Where the Asiyst pricing model is based on credits or usage, Asiyst may convert applicable provider usage into the corresponding Asiyst credit or billing amount according to the applicable pricing model.
27. Customer-Provided AI Provider Accounts
If you connect your own AI provider account or API credentials, the applicable provider may charge you directly for provider usage.
Such charges are separate from any Asiyst charges unless the applicable Asiyst product explicitly states otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing the provider's pricing and billing terms.
28. Billing Information
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
This may include:
- Name.
- Billing address.

Where appropriate, Asiyst may temporarily restrict access to the Services associated with a disputed transaction.

Refunds are governed by the Asiyst Refund Policy.
Eligibility may depend on:
- Product.

- Timing.
- Applicable law.
- Reason for the request.
- Promotional terms.

37. Credit Refunds
Where credits have already been consumed, refund eligibility may be affected by the applicable Refund Policy.
Purchased credits that have not been used may be treated differently from credits that have already been consumed.
38. Promotional Credits and Refunds
Promotional or bonus credits generally do not represent a separate cash payment and may not be refundable.
Specific promotional terms may provide different treatment.
39. Taxes on Refunds
Where a refund is issued, applicable tax treatment may depend on the original transaction, jurisdiction, and applicable law.
The refunded amount may therefore differ from the original gross transaction amount where legally required.
40. Currency Conversion
If your payment method uses a currency different from the currency displayed by Asiyst or its payment provider, your financial institution or payment provider may apply currency conversion.
Exchange rates and related fees may be determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

Payment providers may maintain independent records of transactions.
Their records may differ in timing or presentation from records displayed within Asiyst.
Where appropriate, transaction reconciliation may be required.
43. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
If a required payment is not successfully completed, Asiyst may:
- Restrict paid features.
- Suspend applicable Services.
- Limit usage.
- Require payment before restoring access.
Any suspension will be subject to applicable agreements and law.
44. Outstanding Balances
If you owe amounts to Asiyst, you remain responsible for those amounts unless they are waived, refunded, or otherwise resolved under the applicable agreement.
45. Cancellation Does Not Erase Outstanding Charges
Canceling a subscription or account does not automatically eliminate charges that were validly incurred before cancellation.
Outstanding amounts may remain payable subject to applicable law and contractual terms.
46. Account Closure
If an account is closed, unused credits, subscriptions, or other paid benefits may be handled according to the applicable product terms and Refund Policy.
Closing an account does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
47. Pricing Errors
If Asiyst identifies a material pricing or billing error, Asiyst may correct the error.
Where appropriate, Asiyst may:
- Correct the applicable charge.
- Refund an incorrect charge.
- Cancel an incorrectly priced transaction.

- Eligibility restrictions.
- Duration.
- Feature limitations.
- Usage limits.
- Payment requirements.
