1. DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Asiyst respects the intellectual property of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Filing a Valid Infringement Notice
To file a copyright infringement notice, send a written communication containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material on Asiyst with specific URL, (3) your contact details, and (4) a statement made under penalty of perjury to dmca@asiyst.com.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification adhering to DMCA statutory requirements.
