1. Asiyst Technology & Brand IP
All rights, titles, and interests in the Asiyst platform, codebase, proprietary 3D avatar animations, user interfaces, documentation, and "Asiyst" trademarks remain the exclusive property of Asiyst.
2. Customer Content Sovereignty
Customers retain full intellectual property ownership of all custom content, knowledge base files, company trademarks, and product data uploaded to the platform.
3. AI Output Ownership & Rights
As between customer and Asiyst, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, customer owns all outputs generated by their configured assistant sessions.
