Overview
The Asiyst Dashboard is the centralized web control plane for your AI assistant infrastructure. From the dashboard, teams can provision projects, inspect live conversation transcripts, upload knowledge documents, design 3D avatars in Avatar Studio, and monitor conversion metrics.
Dashboard Architecture & Navigation
The dashboard is structured into four primary operational zones:
- Top Header:
- Project Switcher: Quickly switch between active workspaces and environments.
- Global Search (
Cmd+K/Ctrl+K): Jump directly to any document, setting, or avatar.- Environment Toggle: Switch between Development sandbox and live Production views.
- User Profile & Organization Settings: Manage team members, billing, and API tokens.
- Primary Sidebar:
- Projects: Workspace overview, Allowed Domains, and general configurations.
- AI Workspace: System persona prompt editor, model selection, and temperature tuning.
- Avatar Studio: 3D character viewport, animation rigging, and publishing tools.
- Knowledge: Sources list, document uploaders, crawler status, and vector playground.
- Analytics: Real-time telemetry, conversation volume, resolution rates, and TTFT latency.
- Main Content Canvas: Contextual workspace for editing, inspecting logs, and managing resources.
- Live Preview Drawer: Embedded preview widget to test assistant changes before publishing live.
Workspace Modules & Capabilities
- AI Workspace: Configure system prompts with live side-by-side prompt testing against your indexed knowledge collections.
- Avatar Studio: Real-time 3D WebGL editor allowing orbital camera inspection, lighting customization, and animation previewing.
- Knowledge Inspector: Search vector chunks, inspect cosine similarity scores, and review crawler error logs.
- Analytics Explorer: Filter conversations by date, sentiment rating, and identified user traits.
Team Access & RBAC Permissions
Manage team member roles in Organization Settings > Members:
- Owner: Full administrative access, billing management, and organization deletion.
- Admin: Create projects, generate API keys, and manage knowledge sources.
- Editor: Modify assistant prompts, upload documents, and adjust Avatar Studio settings.
- Viewer: Read-only access to analytics dashboards and conversation transcripts.
