Overview
Project Settings is the administrative control plane where engineering teams configure security perimeters, manage credentials, and establish automated notification rules.General Tab Configuration
- Project Display Name: Update title shown on telemetry and team invoices.
- Reporting Timezone: Ensures analytics rollups align with your business operating hours.
- Default Locale: Primary language code for UI strings.
Domain & Security Tab
- Allowed Domains: Strict whitelist of origins permitted to initialize the SDK.
- Wildcard Subdomains: Enable
*.mycompany.comfor preview deployments.
- Data Retention Period: Set transcript retention from 30 days to 365 days.
API & SDK Keys Tab
- Public SDK Key (
pk_live_...): Embedded in frontend bundles.
- Secret API Tokens (
sk_live_...): Server-to-server management tokens.
- Key Rotation: Generate secondary keys with zero downtime.
Webhooks & Endpoints
- Webhooks and event subscriptions are managed via the API Webhooks console (/dashboard/api/webhooks).
