Overview
Asiyst Reporting transforms raw conversational telemetry into executive summaries, team digests, and exportable datasets for stakeholders, marketers, and engineering leaders.
Automated Email Digests
Configure automated performance reports delivered to your team's inbox:
- Weekly Executive Digest: Delivered every Monday at 09:00 AM. Summarizes unique visitors, conversation volume, resolution rate, and top unanswered questions.
- Monthly ROI Report: Compares month-over-month engagement growth, assisted conversion values, and response latency SLAs.
- Configure recipients under Project > Settings > Notifications > Email Reports.
Exporting CSV & JSON Reports
Export data directly from the dashboard or through automated scripts:
- Open Analytics in the Asiyst dashboard.
- Select your desired time range (e.g., *Last 30 Days*).
- Click the Export button in the top right.
- Choose your format:
- Summary CSV: High-level daily totals for spreadsheet modeling.
- Conversation Detail CSV: Message-by-message logs with timestamps and ratings.
- JSON Lines: Uncompressed raw event logs for database ingestion.
Custom Dashboard Widgets
Customize your analytics homepage:
- Drag and drop widgets to prioritize metrics relevant to your role (Support, Product, or Marketing).
- Create custom filtered views (e.g., "Enterprise Users Only" or "Mobile Checkout Flow").
BI Tool Integrations (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
Connect Asiyst directly to your enterprise business intelligence platform using the Asiyst REST API connector or BigQuery data sync plugin.
