Overview

When you want to ground your assistant on specific web pages without crawling an entire domain, the URLs Source allows you to input exact target links for immediate parsing.

Adding URL Lists

Paste a list of URLs (one per line) into Knowledge > Sources > Add Source > URL List:

Notion, Zendesk & Confluence URLs

Asiyst natively parses public or authenticated knowledge base URLs from popular platforms:

• Notion: Ingests public Notion page links, preserving nested bullet lists and callout blocks.

• Zendesk Help Center: Ingests public knowledge base articles and FAQ categories.

• Confluence: Connects to public Confluence spaces for internal documentation.

Refreshing Individual URLs

In the dashboard source viewer, click the Refresh icon next to any URL to trigger an immediate re-fetch and vector update.
